First automation: start where it hurts every week
Don’t start with the biggest dream. Start with the task that repeats and steals hours. The first win builds trust — then the rest of the system follows.
The quick-win rule
Pick a process that runs often, has a clear start/end, and today lives in Excel or chat. Ideal candidates: hour approvals, reminders, check-outs, copying data into sheets.
What to leave for later
Huge “all-in-one” platforms without a pain map. Automating chaos only speeds up chaos. Simplify the flow first — then robotise.
Checklist before you start
- Who owns the process?
- What are the inputs and outputs?
- Where do errors appear?
- How will you know it works (time, clicks, losses)?
Next step
If you don’t know “the one thing”, start with a pain diagnosis. We run it so you leave with a priority — not fog.
